I picked up some M&M’s the other day and decided to make monster cookies. Before checking Pinterest, I checked with my mom (my go-to for all things good), and sure enough she had an “oldie but a goodie” recipe. Her recipe was for flourless monster cookies and they were delicious!
This recipe yielded over three dozen cookies, so Steve took some to work and we shared some with friends. A definite crowd pleaser and fun to make this time of year because of their “Monster” name. 🙂
Flourless Monster Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter (softened)
3 eggs
1.5 cups peanut butter
2 teaspoons baking soda
4.5 cups quick oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
M&M’s
Chocolate Chips (I omitted these)
Instructions:
- Mix together sugars and margarine.
2. Next, add eggs and beat to mix.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Drop on a greased cookie sheet. Bake until lightly browned, about 12 minutes at 350 degrees. DO NOT OVERBAKE!

I made these with gluten free rolled oats and chocolate chips- they were great!
