The Best Homemade Buffalo Chicken Dip
This easy buffalo chicken dip recipe is rich, creamy, and delicious. Perfect for your next tailgate, game watch, or get together!
- about 3 cups cooked chicken (I use rotisserie chicken to keep it easy)
- 8 oz softened cream cheese (I use full fat but you could use light)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (we like Frank's Red Hot and you could add a little more of this if you like it spicy)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (use any you like or have on hand)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing of choice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion (this is an optional garnish on top)
- chips, veggies, bread, crackers to dip
In a large bowl, mix together chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, 1 cup cheese, and ranch dressing.
Spread in a casserole or baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees, for about 25 minutes.
Serve with chips, bread, crackers, veggies, etc!
