The teachers at Drew and Kate’s school are holding conferences for the next two days. I volunteered to bring in a little something for them to snack on and chose to make a fruit dip. After having just bought a huge thing of strawberries at Costco, I thought it was a good time to try this recipe. It could not be easier! Here’s how to make a two ingredient fruit dip.
Items Needed
You will need 8 oz. of strawberry cream cheese (softened) and 7 oz. of marshmallow creme. Why does everything I make and share with you have cream cheese in it??!! You could certainly use blueberry cream cheese or any other flavor you like for this recipe.
Preparing the Fruit Dip
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature and then whisk the two ingredients together with a fork. The marshmallow creme gives the dip just the right amount of sweetness and texture. If you think the dip will be sitting out for a while, I would add some ice to a bowl and set your fruit dip on top of the ice to keep it cold.
I hope you found this post on how to make two ingredient dip helpful. Serve with your favorite cup up fruit, graham crackers, pretzels, etc! You can find the original recipe and post here. Find more recipes on my blog here. XO
