I first shared these cookies two years ago after making for Memorial Day and Fourth of July. They are always a hit with kids and adults! You can certainly make homemade sugar cookies, but using store-bought makes them that much easier to throw together. These require very few ingredients and are so festive to look at. Here’s how to make red, white, and blue fruit pizza sugar cookies.

Ingredients Needed:
- Sugar cookies (I bought 2 store bought mixes for ease, but make your own if you have time)
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 small jar marshmallow fluff

Assembling Fruit Pizza Cookies
- Prepare your cookies according to package instructions. Tip: Use a melon baller to scoop your cookies evenly. Allow cookies to fully cool before frosting.
- Mix together cream cheese and marshmallow fluff using a hand mixer. Spread on top of cookies.
- Wash and cut fruit (I suggest doing this ahead of time so the fruit has time to dry). Make sure your fruit is very dry before adding to the cookies! You don’t want the marshmallow fluff frosting to get soggy! Add fruit to the top of the cookies. There is no right or wrong here, just start adding.
- Refrigerate cookies until ready to serve.

These fruit pizza sugar cookies are so easy to make and everyone will love them. You might need to make more frosting depending on how large or small you make your cookies and how much frosting you add to each one. Happy celebrating! XO
