We love lemon in our house! When I came across this jar of lemon curd at Trader Joe’s recently, I picked it up to have on hand. Most recently, I decided to make a quick dessert with it. Here is how to make easy three ingredient no-bake lemon tartlets! They turned out so good for minimal effort.
Ingredients
- Pre-made graham cracker pie crusts (these Keebler brand come in a 6 pack)
- Store bought lemon curd (I used Trader Joe’s)
- Whip cream
- Fruit (if you want to top it to make it a little fancier)
Instructions to Make Lemon Tartlets
- Place crusts on a baking sheet. Fill mini pie crusts with lemon curd. I didn’t fill them all the way full. This jar of Trader Joe’s curd could probably fill 5 mini crusts.
- Chill the crusts and curd. This isn’t necessary, but I prefer a cold tartlet.
- Right before serving, add whip cream and fruit if you choose to add.
This is the easiest dessert ever! Everything is store bought, but you make it at home, so it feels semi-homemade. I’m telling you these take just minutes to throw together. These lemon tartlets would be easy to make on a whim for guests too!
If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you, you can find lemon curd at most grocery stores. Look near the jams and jelly. World Market is also a good place to look!
These easy three ingredient no-bake lemon tartlets are the perfect individual sized dessert. The tart of the lemon combined with the sweetness of the whip cream and crust is so tasty! I hope you’ll try these! XO
