This classic bruschetta recipe is a summer staple at our house! I’ve literally been making it for 10 years, and still pull out the handwritten recipe card when I make it. Old school recipe card recipes are the best! This classic bruschetta recipe comes together easily with just a few simple and fresh ingredients. I love to make this with tomatoes and basil from my tiny garden.
You can use this bruschetta mixture to top grilled chicken or potatoes, or mix in with veggies. We like to eat it on top of a french baguette and serve as an appetizer. The flavors come together so well, it’s delicious in any form!
