I’ve posted so many chalk wall photos on this blog! I can’t stop because every season they all look a little different! Click here to see last year’s list! This year is a mix of holiday and winter activities. Mostly they are simple things we do year after year, but putting them on the chalkboard makes it feel festive and is a good reminder of all the things we love to do this time of year. Especially in this crazy year of Covid, we are reminded about finding the JOY in the little things. For us, it usually starts at home! Here’s how to create a winter chalk wall bucket list.
I’ve linked the faux mistletoe that I hang every year. I use a hinged command strip on the top of the entryway to hang it. Add your own little red ribbon to make it more festive. This is a high traffic zone, so lots of opportunities for getting caught under the mistletoe!
I layered two simple garlands this year and swag them using two small nails. Super simple! The chalk is regular old white chalk and the colored is sidewalk chalk – more colors to choose from! I’m loving the pops of red in our home this year!
Cheers to finding the JOY in the little things with a winter chalk wall bucket list! Have a magical holiday and winter season! Click here to view original chalk wall DIY post from 2012! And here is how I clean my chalk wall! XO
