I share how to make super moist one bowl banana bread recipe all the time on Instagram stories, but I wanted to get it in a permanent spot on the blog! This recipe is from my mom and there is no reason to have another one. My family loves this recipe! It’s perfect for breakfast, an after school snack, or anytime really.
This is also a great recipe to take to a neighbor or friend or teacher or coworkers! It’s a simple recipe with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand. Every time I see ripened bananas in my pantry, I usually make this!
The secret ingredient to keep this banana bread moist is sour cream! You can’t taste it in the recipe! It keeps the bread moist for days! Also, the more ripe and brown your bananas, the better this recipe will taste.
