How to Make Crostini Appetizers

I’m throwing another appetizer at you this week! I had a girl’s night the other night and wanted to take a little something to share. These crostini appetizers are easy to pull together, look fancy, and are a crowd pleaser! The perfect finger food to share with guests. The possibilities are endless with the food combinations you could come up with!


Ingredients Needed:

How to Make Crostini Appetizers

  1. Preheat oven to the broiler setting.
  2. Cut thin slices of baguette and place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil and salt and pepper (I only used EVOO and sea salt for the strawberry ones).
  3. Place under the broiler until browned and crispy.
  4. Once out of the oven, start to layer. I used goat cheese and fig spread for half and Nutella and strawberries for the other half.

Because the bread only goes in the oven for a few minutes, this crostini appetizer comes together in no time! Use whatever you have on hand to create pretty little appetizer bites. I love that these require very few ingredients, they are easy to eat, and somehow just feel fancy! Will you try these crostini appetizers?! XO
